Mall Haul Monday / Remembrance Day

I would like to start firstly on a serious note and would just like to say Happy Remembrance (in advance )/Memorial day. Tomrrow is merely dedicated and in honour of all the troops and soldiers who are heroes because they served for our freedom, which of course has a price.

 

 

What a fabulous weekend! My best friend, cake, VHS tapes, British soaps, good music, carbs, good laughs, some heart to hearts, sweats & pajamas, prancer-cising, shopping.. mine was obviously better than yours. And I have to say, it was pretty damn much needed. But unfortunately it had to end and now its back to the rising and grinding! Gotta make money to redeem myself for how much ive spent lately somehow though (damn you Starbucks and target addiction)

 

So yeah, Elizabeth and I had a bit of free time on Saturday so we decided to take a wander at the mall. And retail therapy can be very damaging. Below I will post the aftermath of the destruction done to my bank account. And I'm going to be honest, it could have gotten a little more out of hand but I had to whip out my superb self control. Ecspecially in Bath & Bodyworks because all of the Christmas products are out! Although I couldve and would've honestly purchased the entire contents of the store, I had to mentally tell myself to only get what you actually need- which was body wash and body lotion. And buy 2 get 1 free deal? sold. Sephora was pretty risky as well, but i finally invested in an Urban Decay eyeshadow palette! I am rocking it for the first time today, ad absolutely loving it! Maybe I will play around a bit with different looks one day, and post the results. I also decided to pick up some fake eyelashes when I want to go for a darker and more bold and vampy look. And although it doesn't look like I purchased a lot, I have to admit, these products are on the pricey side! But you just have to splurge every now and again. TREAT YO-SELF HONEY. So without further a due, and the aftermath of the small mall haul 2014!
