Tune Tuesday

Directioners of the world...Unite!

Yes One Direction's new album FOUR is out and while I am waiting to listen to the entire thing (I have two exams on Thursday so I need to focus on school instead of 5 amazing boys) what I have heard so far is amazing!!!!

I reserved a copy at HMV yesterday to ensure I got the deluxe edition (the cute book) but they didn't call to confirm, so while I was at home studying super hard (I actually was for once) I sent my dear old dad out to pick up my copy. Well they hadn't reserved my copy like I had ordered but I was lucky and there were copies still on the shelves. So my dad goes up to the till and the guy at the register picks it up and says to my dad "Who in their right mind would buy this?" Now this guy is lucky I wasn't there because he would have been sassed out so hard that he would never open his mouth again. 1) I want someone to tell me when the people at HMV got a promotion from scanning CDs and taking your money to music critics whose job it is to stand behind a counter and critisize the customers. 2) I don't care if you like One Direction or not, I just feel as though everyone has a right to their opinion but just keep it to yourself unless asked for and in my opinion, anyone who hates on One Direction are idiotic because they are so cute and so good, but that's my opinion and I'll keep it to myself ;)

Yesterday was a big music day because 5 Seconds of Summer also released a new song called Just Saying as part of their Good Girls EP, and it's amazing. I'm just saying.

And finally, Bob Geldof organized Band Aid 30, where there was a re-recording of his song Do They Know It's Christmas. There are so many reasons why every single one of you need to go and buy it on iTunes. The biggest reason is the money goes towards the treatment of Ebola victims in West Africa. It's a great song with amazing people singing on it. As you should know, they do these charity songs with big groups of singers and this year has the likes of Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, Olly Murs, Rita Ora, Seal, Chris Martin (Coldplay), Sinead O'Connor, Bono, and of course, One Direction. I mean I was sold at One Direction, then to add Ed, Olly, Sam, it was a done deal and it really does go toward such an amazing cause. And honeslty, buying a song on iTunes is the least we can all do. So please get involved. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-w7jyVHocTk please watch the video and head to iTunes and download it.

It's been quite a musical day so I want to hear what you're currently listening to. And remember to download and donate!

Bye for now!
