I have always been obsessed with Blair Waldorf. If you're not familiar with my style icon, she is by far the best character from Gossip Girl. She was a strong and confident character with the best wardrobe ever. I always loved every single outfit she wore, and the fact she was with Chuck Bass is a bonus. I got my love of peonies, coloured/patterned tights, and most importantly headbands, from her.

I love headbands. It is the easiest way to do your hair for events and doesn't take any time or skill. There is this store in Calgary called Silla and they sell the best hairpieces. They have bands, clips, fascinators, and hats. They are my go to when I have events to go to. This past summer when I had weddings to attend I went and bought a headband and have since bought more. I love them. They are located in one of the coolest communities in Calgary called Kensignton. If you're ever in our neck of the woods, you have to check them out. They also have amazing jewlery and really trendy clothing.

These are my headbands. I love sparkles. I also would like to mention I use my One Direction Our Moment fragrance box. Last Christmas my godmother bought me the delux box with big bottle or perfume, shower gel and body lotion. She is the best and the box is not only nice to look at but also, it's the perfect place to hold my headbands. It makes sure they hold their shape and with the first headband shown, it keeps the flowers plumped.

I also purchased this little mini cowboy hat hair clip last summer. It's perfect for living in Calgary where every July there is a big Stampede that lasts 10 days and there's a parade, and a fair and everyone eats a lot of fried food and pancakes. Everyone also wears cowboy clothes and this clip is the best thing ever beacuse it allows me to wear a cowboy hat without the problem of getting hat hair!
